Data recovery from failed logic boards, damaged storage, or inaccessible Apple Silicon devices may require specialized recovery services and will be quoted separately.

Mail-In MacBook Repair

Nationwide mail-in MacBook repair service is available for customers outside our local service area.

Initial Evaluation: Free

Basic evaluation includes an external inspection, initial testing, and a preliminary repair recommendation. Devices requiring disassembly, liquid-damage inspection, or advanced troubleshooting may require a paid diagnostic before a final quote can be provided.

Free insured return shipping is included with completed repairs of $150 or more.

Customers who decline the repair are responsible for the advanced diagnostic fee, when applicable, and insured return shipping.

Appointments, diagnostics, pickups, and deliveries are scheduled directly with customers to ensure clear communication and realistic turnaround expectations throughout the repair process.

Limited Repair Warranty

Qualifying repairs include a 90-day limited warranty covering defects in the replacement part supplied by Iron Mesa Tech Solutions and workmanship directly related to the original repair.

The warranty applies only to the repaired component and does not cover accidental or liquid damage, corrosion, normal wear, unrelated device failures, software or data issues, misuse, or devices opened or modified after service.

Some qualifying parts may include extended coverage. The applicable warranty period will be identified on your repair quote or invoice.
